The Engineering Chemistry lab plays a central and distinctive role in engineering education. As the technology rests on the firm foundation of science, Chemistry is an excellent way to help technical students to understand the relationship between science and technology.

The English Language and Communication Skills comprises of two labs; Computer Assisted Language Lab (CALL) and Interactive Communication Skills Lab (ICS).The CALL lab is meant for the development of the language and communication skills of the students consisting of 60 systems equipped with K-Van Software, aimed at facilitating through a variety of self-instructional modes in Phonetics, Accent, Intonation and Rhythm. It also provides the required facilities to master exams such as TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc. The Interactive Communications Skills Lab caters to the needs of the students in facing interviews, group discussions, public speaking, presentation skills, debating skills, which are aimed at improving the confidence levels of the students and developing leadership qualities through communicative competence.

Physics is the study of nature which is demonstrated at applied physics laboratory. The basic focus in the applied physics laboratory is to develop scientific temper and encourage students to innovate in diverse technical areas for better understanding of technical and engineering problems.

Engineering physics laboratory imparts the necessary theoretical knowledge and technical skill for all the engineering students.

The Advanced Communication Skills Lab regales the needs of the students through speaking activities like Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Presentations and writing activities like Resume Writing, Report Writing, Portfolio Writing, and additionally gives introduction to points that are incorporated for competitive exams like GRE, TOEFL, CAT – through Vocabulary Building, and Reading Comprehension and so on. The lab bridges the gap between the scholarly and corporate world, by bestowing abilities that enhances their professionalism.
