Mechanical Engineering

The Mechanical Engineering department was established in the academic year 2011-12. The present intake is 30 students, besides an additional 10% under lateral entry scheme. The strength of the department lies in its well-qualified and experienced faculty. The faculty is a combination of well academic qualifications, enriched teaching experience, and vide industrial exposure. The department is having well-equipped laboratories beyond the JNTU curriculum and provides excellent facilities to encourage research. The department organizes various programs like seminars, Guest Lectures, paper presentations, Group discussions, and Industrial Visits to enhance the competencies of our students. The highlight of our department is that it is housed in a separate block that accommodates the basic infrastructure viz. Laboratories, Lecture Halls, Drawing Halls, Seminar Hall, and Student Development Centre, e-class room
