Mr.G.Naveen, Serving as the Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at Joginpally B.R Engineering College with over 21 years of teaching experience in engineering education. A dedicated academician, researcher, administrator, mentor, and active professional volunteer committed to excellence in teaching, innovation, research, and institutional development. Also serving as Dean – Innovation and Incubation Cell (IIC), actively promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, startup culture, interdisciplinary research, and industry-oriented learning among students and faculty members.

Contributed significantly to academic administration, curriculum planning, faculty mentoring, NBA/NAAC accreditation activities, student development programs, and research coordination. Successfully organized and coordinated several national and international Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, webinars, seminars, technical symposiums, outreach activities, and IEEE professional events.

Research and academic interests include Smart Grid Technologies, Cyber Physical Systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twin-Based Cyber Security, Renewable Energy Systems, Power Electronics, and Smart City Applications. Continuously enhancing professional expertise through prestigious NPTEL certifications offered by IITs and IISc, including courses on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Recognized as an Innovation Ambassador and actively contributing to innovation-driven academic ecosystems through collaborative research and professional activities. A Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Member of the Institution of Engineers (India). Actively serving in various IEEE leadership and ambassador roles under IEEE PES, IEEE ComSoc, IEEE WIE, IEEE YESIST12, and other professional initiatives.
