Dr. Ch. Rami Reddy, has 11+ years of experience in Teaching, Research and Administration. He obtained B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, M. Tech in Electrical Machines and Drives from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada in 2011 and 2014 respectively. He obtained Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from K. L. University, Guntur, India. He did hisPost Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) in “Islanding Detection of DG integrated Grid” from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar and Chonnam National University, Gwangju, South Korea. Before joining JBREC in December 2022, He served as Associate Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Malla Reddy Engineering College, Secunderabad from February 2021 to December 2022. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor,in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Nalanda Institute of Engineering and Technology, Guntur, from June 2014 to February 2021.

He guided two Ph.D scholars, currently guiding threePh.D scholars and guided 35 M. Tech students in their academic projects. He published 135+ publications in various SCIE,Scopus indexed Journals and International Conferences. He has six patents in electrical research. He is a member of various professional bodies like Senior Member IEEE, Life Member ISTE, Member in IAENG and International Solar Energy Society (ISES). He has good experience in organizing university programs and other outreach events that help promote learning and support the community.

He is an Editorial Board member and Academic Editor in various SCIE journals like Scientific Reports, PLOS One, Energies, Frontiers in Energy Research and Editor in Chief of International Transactions on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, an open access journal. His research areas include Distributed Generation, Power Quality, Electrical Drives and Power Converters Applications to Energy Systems
