An accomplished Academician who dedicated to teaching, mentoring and ensuring high educational standards; Researcher who continuously generating original contributions, publishing in peer-reviewed journals and securing grants; Academic Administrator who is responsible for academic governance, strategic planning, budgeting and institutional operations.

He earned his B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees from JNTU Kakinada and his Ph.D. degree from OU Hyderabad. He has over 31 years of experience, including 8 years as Principal across MJCET and GITAM Hyderabad.

He has published 61 international articles and guided 13 scholars to their Ph.D. degrees. He is a world-class researcher who has worked extensively on Magneto-rheology. He developed a set-up with global standards to characterize the fluids as well as devices, and this work has been patented. His research focuses on Design Engineering, Vibration Analysis, Robotics, Finite Element Analysis, Composite Materials, and Magneto-rheology. He served as the Principal Investigator of a research project funded by AICTE.

He has chaired several Academic Committees, Conferences, Workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes. He serves as a reviewer of publications and a member of the Board of Studies.
