Dr. G. Nithya is a researcher, educator, and academic leader with over eight years of experience spanning higher education, institutional research, and administrative management. She earned her B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (2010) from Annamalai University, followed by an M.E. in Applied Electronics (2012) from Velammal Engineering College (affiliated with Anna University, Chennai), and her full-time Ph.D. in Digital Circuits (2019) from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. Dedicated to Outcome-Based Education (OBE), her technical domain encompasses Digital Circuits, Digital VLSI Design, and Artificial Intelligence applications, backed by proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB, ModelSim, and Mentor Graphics. Throughout her career—including affiliations with Annamalai University, Annai Therasa Institute of Engineering & Technology, Malla Reddy Engineering College for Women, and Joginpally B.R. Engineering College—she has specialized in teaching core subjects such as Analog & Digital Communication, Network Analysis, Electronic Devices & Circuits, Digital Signal Processing, and Digital Logic Design while mentoring numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.

Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Director of the Research & Development (R&D) Cell at Joginpally B.R. Engineering College (affiliated with JNTUH), Hyderabad, Dr. Nithya focuses on driving multidisciplinary research proposals, fostering faculty-student publications, and contributing to institutional accreditation processes for NAAC, NBA, and UGC Autonomous status. An active IEEE Member (Member ID: 100077664) with continuous membership since 2024, she has built a substantial scholarly portfolio comprising 2 SCI-Expanded/Web of Science journals, 4 Scopus-indexed journals, 5 UGC-approved articles, 7 IEEE Scopus-indexed conference papers, 2 international conference proceedings, and 2 Scopus-indexed book chapters. Her contributions to innovation are further demonstrated by 2 granted UK patents and 6 filed patent applications.
