Dr.B.Abdul Raheem is currently working as an Associate Professor & HOD, Department of ECE, Joginpally B. R. Engineering College, Bhaskar Nagar, Yenkapally, Moinabad Mandal, R.R. District, Hyderabad, Telangana state, India.

  • He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and communication Engineering from Vijayanagar Engineering College, Bellary, Gulbarga University, karnataka Master of Technology in Digital Systems and Computer Electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering, Anantapur, Post Graduate Diploma in VLSI Design from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu and Ph.D from JNTUA, Ananthapuramu.
  • He worked at different positions in Industry for 7 years and 23 years of teaching experience in Engineering Education, as Teaching Assistant to Professor in different Institutions before joining Joginpally B R Engineering College as Professor and Head, Department of ECE.
  • Apart from academics held various Administrative positions.
  • He acted as a jury member, keynote speaker, organizing member to number of conferences and symposia.
  • He has guided about 25 UG and 40 PG Academic projects.
  • He has published about 40 papers in conferences and 50 papers in peer reviewed journals includingSpringer, IEEE, etc, (scopus and Web of Sciences).
  • He authored three technical books and filed three Indian patents.
  • He received grants Rs.10 Lakhs from AICTE under MODROBS scheme, and Rs. 1 Lakh from SERB under Conference Scheme, also of Rs. 3 Lakhs from AICTE under STTP scheme.
  • His research interests are Digital Circuits, fault tolerant systems, VLSI system design, Embedded systems and medical image processing.
  • After Volunteering to Professional activities of IEEE, IEI, ISTE Local Bodies looking forward to executive positions at regional and national levels.
  • He is a reviewer for IEEE Access, IEEE Conferences, Peer reviewed journals and also editorial board member to some.
  • He organized workshops, FDPs, STTPs, symposiums and conferences.
  • He is a member of Professional bodies like, IEEE, IEI, and ISTE.
