REVIEW OF PREVIOUS YEAR ALUMNI MEET

The meet took place in the year 2017 for the alumni of 2013-2017 passed out batch on 29-07-2107. The gathering took place at JBREC seminar hall ,with around 450 alumni members.
SCHEDULE FOR THE MEET
The meet shall take place at the same venue like the previous year i.e. JBREC seminar hall on 29-07-2017. The meet shall begin by lighting of the lamp by the Principal , JBREC. Followed by the lecturers giving motivational speeches and the meet shall end with lunch provided by the college.

ARRANGEMENTS

• Seating arrangements for the guests and alumni
• Sound system availability at the seminar hall
• Coordinators to receive guest at alumni
• Lunch

INFORMING THE PUPIL
The duties for inviting the alumni will be handled by the coordinators. The coordinators will be the final year students of the college the information the invitations shall be given through different social media sites

ESTIMATION
The estimated pupil for the meet will be around 300 and they will received by our coordinators and the estimated budget will be around RS: 1,00,000.

HOSPITALITY
The coordinators shall receive the guests and will make sure that everything in running smoothly

GUEST PARTICULARS
The guest for the meet as planned will the principal of the college followed by the vice principal and head of the departments of all the branches.

OTHERS

• Electricity and generator in case of power cut.
• Availability of sub-staff.
• Availability of security guards for escorting.

The inaugural session was attended by the principal , vice principal and the HODs of all the departments. The event was scheduled on 25-08-2017 and was commenced by 10:30am. The meet began with lighting of the lamp and a good worm speech by our beloved principal followed by our vice principal addressing the alumni pupil. The final year students performed few cultural acts like dancing and singing to entertain the guests. The meet ended by a thanksgiving speech by the alumni member followed by lunch.
